devoted student of the internal arts since 1986. He has studied
Yoga, Tantra, Taoism, and Buddhism under the guidance of elder
teachers in India, Nepal, Thailand, South America, and Hawaii.
Cain is the co-author of the internationally acclaimed book, Partner

He has taught yoga in 13 countries, served for two years as the
Director of Yoga Teacher Training at Southwest Institute of Healing

Revital
Carroll has studied, practiced and taught yoga
for over 15 years in India, Israel, Europe and the U.S. She has
served as the Yoga Program Director of Body-Mind-Spirit Conference
(Santa Clara, CA), Yoga Program Director of Reformation Studio
(San Jose, CA), the Yoga Program Director of LGSRC (Los-Gatos,
CA), and is currently co-owner of Yoga Shala. Revital's practice

Mary
Kay has studied extensively with world-renowned
Ashtanga masters, including Sri K.Patabi Jois of Mysore, David
Swenson, Tim Miller & Beryll Bender Birch. She combines her
love of Ashtanga Yoga with her knowledge of alignment technique
from 15 years of continuous Iyengar training. She is a certified
Yoga Therapist with Integrative Yoga Therapy, and has been teaching
Yoga for 18 years.
Julie
Munro has been practicing and teaching yoga
for nearly 20 years. Her 500 hour teaching certification comes
from The American Viniyoga Institute led by Gary Kraftsow. Julie
has been studying Viniyoga for 8 years and is currently studying
Yoga Therapy according to this lineage. Julie enjoys teaching
group classes of all levels and working privately with individuals
needs and circumstances
Jared
Silverman has been
enthusiastically studying Hatha and Taoist yoga for over eight
in the styles of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikkram, Yin, and most recently
Qigong. In the summer of 2005 he facilitated a yoga workshop for
African refugees in Zambia, and founded a yoga program in the
African camp. Jared received a degree from Prescott College in
East/West Psychology, and is pursuing a Masters degree in the
emerging field of subtle energy based psychology that combines
elements of cognitive psychology with new thinking in mind, body
and subtle energy theories, including electromagnetism, acupuncture,
and yoga. Jared is continuously deepening his practice of yoga
and loves to share what he finds with others.
Amber
Elliott was inspired to try Yoga eight years ago
during her Pregnancy. She has been practicing ever since, and
her son remains one of her primary inspirations. Amber is a certified
teacher and has taught yoga in preschools and after school programs
for children in the Prescott area since 2002, as well as gentle
and private classes. She is currently studying in a 700 hr Yoga
Therapy program with Mukunda Stiles and is the membership/office
manager for the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
She is dedicated to the path of healing through Yoga and art and
aspires to be a perpetual learner. Her yoga practice is centered
in honoring the heart, the inner teacher and inspiring a playful
awakening of Sattva, the quality of light, love and life in balance
where healing happens.
Kathy De'Freitas interest
in eastern ways and philosophies was ignited in her
visits to Nepal, Japan and China in her early
twenties. She began practicing yoga in a Hollywood, FL. Bikram
studio over 15 years ago and has explored various styles, including
Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Anusara, since moving to Prescott in 1998.
In 2003, she completed her Yoga Teacher Certification Level 1
with Carlyn Sikes at the Scottsdale Community College in Scottsdale,
AZ.
Having recently completed her 200 Hour Teacher's Training with
Cain Carroll, Kathy has decided to merge her love of yoga with
her love of people through a new class geared to those over 50,
"The Art of Longevity." Kathy explains "My focus
is to show and help introduce people to the concept that yoga
can bring vitality and rejuvenation into the body at any age."
Ciara Kaull's attraction
and fascination with the human body and movement arts began
when she trained in Bushido Karate at age seven. She continued
to be drawn to various movement and healing practices throughout
her life, and in 1999 she became certified in Massage Therapy.
In 2002 Ciara began taking classes in yoga
and Chi Lel Qi Gong, and in February 2007 she completed Yoga
Shala's 200 hour teacher training with Cain Carroll. The practice
of yoga has awakened her to a deeper understanding and presence
in all of life's experiences. Ciara brings this ever growing
awareness and passion for the body and yoga to her classes,
with the intention to aid herself and her students to
surrender more fully in each moment.
Wu
Style Tai-Chi Master Aaron Kravetz
has 25 years experience in Chinese Martial Arts. He holds a 6th
degree Black Belt in Kempo Karate and has also studied a rare
Shaolin lineage of Kung-Fu for 20 years.
He has taught as a full time career since 1983.
JOY
(Kathryn) Lanzerotte,
MA, LPC, AYA has been studying yoga since 1994. A dancer by training
she studied in Washington DC and St. Louis, MO. She taught dance
therapy and yoga for S. Mt. Community College, Phx, AZ until 9/07.
Joy has extensive training in Kripalau and since 1997 began her
studies with Desiree Rumbaugh, Sr. Certified Anusara Teacher.
Adhering to the principles, she attended numerous teacher trainings,
and workshops with John Friend, Founder, Anusara Yoga. She continues
to study with national and international teachers, completing
her philosophy studies with Carlos Pomeda, Berkeley, CA. She spent
a week studying the heart sutra with H. H. the Dali Lama. She
was a primary teacher for Avalon Art and Yoga studio's teacher
training program, Palo Alto CA. She also taught at Stanford University,
SRI, and California Yoga.
Joy has taught yoga for the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra,
international health spas and conferences. She co-facilitated
Yoga
Therapeutics, Tempe Bikram Yoga Studio, AZ and in 2006 introduced
'Yoga for the Cure', an annual fund raiser for breast cancer.
Known as the heart lady, Joy's playful style focuses on alignment,
