Ashtanga Yoga – The primary Ashtanga series is composed of a challenging sequence of asanas that builds heat, increases flexibility and detoxifies the body.
Awake & Elevate – An energizing practice to uplift your mind, body and spirit!
Candlelight Yoga – A gentle restorative practice that allows you to unwind and de-stress.
Iyengar Yoga – Yoga as taught by master teacher B.K.S. Iyengar. Poses are held in proper alignment to increase strength, flexibility and awareness.
Joint Therapy – A mindful sequence of opening techniques that heals and frees joints. Great for those with arthritis.
Kundalini Yoga – An uplifting blend of movement, breathing techniques, meditation and the chanting of mantras that builds physical vitality and increases consciousness.
Morning Vinyasa – Flow through asanas guided by your breath and prepare your body for the coming day with an opening, uplifting practice.
